Mensah McCadd

Mensah K. McCadd is a husband of 21 years and father of three children (ages 18, 15, 12). He is also a graduate of the 2002 Joseph School of Business & Entrepreneurship and Livingword School of Ministry (2011). He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker with eXp Realty, a member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors for 20+ years, Licensed General Contractor, Builder, Expert Real Estate Developer, Landlord and a Former State Farm Agent. Prior to his real estate career he was a loan professional, Check Fraud Team Leader for Norther Trust Bank, and he was top of his field in Telecom at AT&T and Enterprise Software and Computer Sales with CDW. He Left CDW in December of 2007 to purchase full time real estate investing and hasn’t looked back since.

Mensah is passionate and truly cares about helping homeowners as he himself was faced with pre-foreclosure during the 2008 recession. He has saved hundreds of homeowners from foreclosure as well as purchasing homes inherited by new owners not wanting the burden of renovating and traditional ways of selling their real estate.

Presently, Mensah is worth Multi Millions from implementing strategies such as Wholesales, short sales, Buy & Hold, Fix and Flip, and Acquiring Property “Subject To” the Existing Financing, Multifamily Rentals,  and Scavenger Tax Sale. He has always been a believer in not just helping other buyers, homeowners and investors acquire and sell property, he is a huge advocate of being completely hands on, cutting a new path by giving back to the public by teaching the very strategies that he has had success with over the years.
